采用EAF-LF-CC工藝生產(chǎn)SAE1141汽車(chē)用易切削鋼 ，對(duì)連鑄坯內(nèi)在質(zhì)量 、軋材表面質(zhì)量等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了控制 ，并對(duì)連鑄、連軋生產(chǎn)的SAE1141鋼進(jìn)行了各項(xiàng)性能的檢測(cè) ，鋼材性能可滿(mǎn)足汽車(chē)零部件的要求 。采用連鑄工藝生產(chǎn)SAE1141，在成材率方面比模鑄提高10%以上 。連鑄時(shí)要采取措施防止水口結(jié)瘤及連鑄坯表面裂紋。為提高切削性能 ，連鑄時(shí)需對(duì)硫化物形態(tài)進(jìn)行控制 。

Free cutting steel SAE1141 for automobile is made with the technology of EAF-LF-CC, which can control sulphide shape, continuous casting nozzle blocking, continuous casting?billet internal quality and rolled metal surface quality. SAE1141 produced by the continuous?casting and rolling technology can satisfy the requirements of automotive steel after detecting all?kinds of performances. The steel yield ratio of continuous casting is 10% higher than that of?mould casting．Some measures should be taken to prevent nozzle jam and surface crake of billet.?Sulphide shape is controlled to improve cutting property in continuous casting．?
