基于腐蝕環(huán)境和基材相互作用機(jī)理，結(jié)合管材、腐蝕產(chǎn)物、水質(zhì)等因素，分析了某20G無(wú)縫鋼管穿孔泄漏失效原因。
20G無(wú)縫鋼管穿孔泄漏失效分析Failure Analysis on Perforation Leakage of 20G Seamless Steel Tube基于腐蝕環(huán)境和基材相互作用機(jī)理，結(jié)合管材、腐蝕產(chǎn)物、水質(zhì)等因素，分析了某20G無(wú)縫鋼管穿孔泄漏失效原因。結(jié)果表明：鋼管穿孔泄漏主要是由于管內(nèi)介質(zhì)環(huán)境引起20G無(wú)縫鋼管發(fā)生局部腐蝕，水質(zhì)較差偏硬， Cl-和F-等腐蝕性離子的存在促進(jìn)了點(diǎn)蝕環(huán)境的形成，導(dǎo)致無(wú)縫鋼管穿孔泄漏。建議改善水質(zhì)處理及監(jiān)測(cè)，并采用耐點(diǎn)蝕的Cr-Mo低合金鋼管替代現(xiàn)有20G鋼管。
Based on interaction mechanism of the corrosion environment and the material itself and combined factors such as material, corrosion products, water quality and so on, the perforation leakage reasons of 20G seamless steel tube were analyzed. The results show that the perforation leakage of the 20G seamless steel tube was the result of local corrosion caused by the tube inner medium environment. The poor and hard water quality and existence of corrosive ions Cl- and F- promoted the formation of pitting environment and resulted in the perforation leakage. It was proposed to improve water quality treatment and monitoring and use of pitting corrosion resistance of Cr-Mo low alloy steel instead of the existing material.
