以ZTC4合金框形鑄件為對(duì)象,采用Solidworks建模,以Meshcast軟件進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格剖分,解決三維模型與網(wǎng)格分析軟件之間的接口問(wèn)題,采用Pro-cast軟件分析了鑄件充型過(guò)程中液體流動(dòng)及溫度場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律,預(yù)測(cè)鑄件中縮孔、鐵豆易出現(xiàn)的位置,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與鑄件實(shí)際情況相吻合。將分析結(jié)論應(yīng)用于同類(lèi)型更大更復(fù)雜的框形鑄件的工藝優(yōu)化中,避免同類(lèi)缺陷的發(fā)生。

The frame-shaped ZTC4 alloy castings were investigated. Solidworks was used to build the model. Meshcast was used to subdivise the grid. The interface problem between the three-dimensional model and the software used to subdivise the grid was resolved. The orderliness of the liquid flowing and the distribution of the temperature field were analyzed by using Pro-cast during the filling processing. The locations of the shrinkage cavity and the cold-shots were forecasted. The forecasted results agree with the forecasting. The same defect could be avoided through using the analysis results to optimize the technique of the same type castings with larger size and more complex structure.
