采用金相顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、洛氏硬度計(jì)及摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)分析了4Cr13、7Cr17Mo馬氏體不銹鋼刀剪材料在980~1 110℃不同淬火溫度下的組織、硬度和摩擦磨損性能。

4Cr13、7Cr17Mo馬氏體不銹鋼組織和性能比較Comparison of 4Cr13 and 7Cr17Mo martensitic stainless steel in terms of microstructure and performance

采用金相顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、洛氏硬度計(jì)及摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)分析了4Cr13、7Cr17Mo馬氏體不銹鋼刀剪材料在980~1 110℃不同淬火溫度下的組織、硬度和摩擦磨損性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,4Cr13、7Cr17Mo的淬火組織均為馬氏體、未溶碳化物和殘留奧氏體,隨著淬火溫度升高,組織中碳化物含量均減少。相同淬火溫度下,7Cr17Mo組織中未溶碳化物含量較多,硬度較高,具有更好的耐磨性。

Microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of two martensitic stainless steel materials,namely 4Cr13 and 7Cr17Mo,subjected to quenching at different temperature between 980 ℃ and 1 100 ℃ were studied by means of optical microscope,SEM,Rockwell hardness tester and abrasion tester.The experimental results suggest the quenched microstructures of 4Cr13 and 7Cr17Mo are martensite,undissolved carbides and remained austenite.The content of carbides in two materials decreases with the increase of quenching temperature.Under the same quenching temperature,the content of undissolved carbides in 7Cr17Mo is higher giving rise to higher hardness and better wear resistance.
