通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)確定TiNiFe形狀記憶合金的材料參數(shù),建立該合金的本構(gòu)方程。對(duì)升溫恢復(fù)過(guò)程中管接頭和被連接管系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,研究管接頭內(nèi)徑、壁厚和裝配間隙等參數(shù)對(duì)徑向壓應(yīng)力的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,為了提高連接強(qiáng)度,可以適當(dāng)增大管接頭壁厚,減小管接頭內(nèi)徑和裝配間隙。

The material parameters of TiNiFe shape memory alloy were determined by experiments, and the constitutive model was established. The coupling force of the system of pipe-coupling and connected tube was simulated with raising temperature, and the influences of inner diameter, wall thickness and fit clearance of pipe-couplings were investigated. In order to improve the connecting strength, the wall thickness was properly increased, and the inner diameter and fit clearance should be decreased.
