為了解決TA7鈦合金板材冷加工困難的狀況，對(duì)TA7鈦合金薄板采用包覆疊軋工藝進(jìn)行熱軋直接成品軋制，可以有效簡化工藝、降低成本。分析兩種不同加工工藝下板材的組織、織構(gòu)與性能。結(jié)果表明：采用包覆疊軋工藝可以使TA7鈦合金板材獲得較好的組織，具備較好的綜合力學(xué)性能。
The effects of pack ply-rolling process on texture and mechanical properties of TA7 alloy were studied. The finished product was produced by hot-rolling instead of cold-rolling which often leads to surface crack. The results show that the pack ply-rolling process can be used to obtain the good overall properties and fine texture for TA7 alloy. At the same time, the cost of production would be reduced.
