研究輥模拉伸TC4鈦合金絲材的組織和性能,并與傳統(tǒng)拉伸工藝相比較。結(jié)果表明:由于二者拉伸過程中絲材所受的摩擦力大小及摩擦力形式不同,使得經(jīng)過輥模拉伸生產(chǎn)的絲材表面光亮,內(nèi)部組織更加均勻、細??;而傳統(tǒng)工藝生產(chǎn)的絲材表面易出現(xiàn)劃傷、粘模等加工缺陷,其內(nèi)部的晶粒較大。將兩種不同拉伸工藝生產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過再結(jié)晶退火后處理,發(fā)現(xiàn)輥模拉伸生產(chǎn)出的絲材具有強度高、塑形好等優(yōu)點,其力學(xué)性能遠遠高于采用傳統(tǒng)工藝生產(chǎn)的同規(guī)格絲材。
The relationship between the mechanical properties and microstructures of Ti6Al4V alloy wire manufactured by roll-die drawing was discussed, and the difference between the traditional process and the new manufacturing method was compared. The results show that, because of the differences of frictional forms under two production ways, the wire manufactured by cold roll-die drawing has brighter surface and the microstructure is also finer. The wire produced by new method doesn’t have drawing imperfections, such as pitting, scratching, showing much higher mechanical properties after annealing.
