研究TC21合金經(jīng)β相區(qū)固溶并慢速冷卻后的片層組織特征(晶界α層厚度、α片層寬度、α集束尺寸)及斷裂韌度隨冷卻速率的變化規(guī)律,探討片層組織特征與斷裂韌度的關系。

研究TC21合金經(jīng)β相區(qū)固溶并慢速冷卻后的片層組織特征(晶界α層厚度、α片層寬度、α集束尺寸)及斷裂韌度隨冷卻速率的變化規(guī)律,探討片層組織特征與斷裂韌度的關系。結果表明:隨著冷卻速率的增大,TC21合金α片層集束、α片層厚度及晶界α層寬度均減小。在本文實驗測試尺度范圍內(nèi),α片層寬度、α片層集束尺寸及晶界α層厚度的增大均可提高合金的斷裂韌性。
In order to analyze the relationship between lamellar microstructure feature (thickness of α laths, width of α lath at grain boundary and α colony size) and fracture toughness, the microstructures and fracture toughness of TC21 alloy cooled from β phase field with different slow rates were investigated. The results show that α colony size together with α laths thickness and width of α lath at grain boundary is decreased with increasing cooling rates, leading to the decrease of fracture toughness. It is positive for fracture toughness to decrease width of α lath at grain boundary, α laths thickness and α colony size.
