Ti-10Cr合金析出相對(duì)硬度的影響Influence of precipitated phase on hardness of Ti-10Cr alloy測(cè)試Ti-10Cr合金經(jīng)900 ℃固溶及400~700 ℃時(shí)效后的維氏硬度,采用XRD和TEM分析析出相的成分及形貌,研究硬度、析出相特征與熱處理制度之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)900 ℃固溶空冷后,析出相為細(xì)小、彌散的等軸ω相和少量α相,合金硬度達(dá)到HV560;經(jīng)400 ℃時(shí)效后,ω相和α相長(zhǎng)大,合金硬度值稍有下降;經(jīng)500 ℃時(shí)效后,ω相消失,α相長(zhǎng)大為片狀,合金硬度明顯降低;當(dāng)繼續(xù)升高時(shí)效溫度時(shí),片狀α相會(huì)進(jìn)一步長(zhǎng)大,合金的硬度緩慢降低。
The Vickers-hardness of Ti-10Cr alloy was tested after being solution treated at 900 ℃ as well as following by aging treatment at 400?700 ℃. The precipitated phases and their morphologies during solution and aging were analyzed by XRD and TEM. Furthermore, the relationships among hardness, phase precipitation and heat treatment were discussed. The results indicate that the fine dispersion isothermal ω phase and few α phase form in the metastable beta matrix after solution treatment at 900 ℃ following by air cold. Under this condition, the hardness reaches HV560. ω phase and α phase grow after aging at 400 ℃, and the hardness shows a little decrease. ω phase is decomposed and α phase becomes lamella after aging at 500 ℃, and the hardness value of the alloy deceases remarkable. After that, with the increase of aging temperature, the hardness decreases slowly due to the α phase growth.
