固溶處理對(duì)7150鋁合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響Effect of solution treatment on microstructures and?mechanical properties of 7150 aluminum alloy通過(guò)OM、SEM、X射線衍射、DSC差熱分析和室溫拉伸性能測(cè)試,研究固溶處理對(duì)7150鋁合金擠壓板帶組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:合金固溶處理溫度越高,時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),粗大第二相溶解越多;合金在480℃進(jìn)行固溶處理時(shí),出現(xiàn)過(guò)燒組織,雙級(jí)固溶處理制度沒(méi)有提高本合金開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)過(guò)燒組織的溫度;隨著合金固溶處理時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),組織出現(xiàn)粗化和再結(jié)晶的趨勢(shì);本合金適合采用475 ℃,2 h的單級(jí)固溶制度,經(jīng)(475 ℃,2 h) + (120 ℃,24 h)固溶?峰時(shí)效處理后,合金抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率分別為650 MPa、600 MPa和13.5%。
The effects of solution treatment on the microstructures and mechanical properties of 7150 aluminum alloy extrusion plate were studied by OM, SEM, XRD, DSC and room temperature tensile test. The results show that the coarse second phase dissolves more adequately when the alloy is solution treated at higher temperature for longer time. The overheated structure appears in alloys when quenched at 480 ℃, and the temperature at which overheated structure appears cannot be enhanced by two-stage solution. The trend of microstructure coarsening and recrystallization appears with prolongating the solution time. The suited solution of the alloy is single-stage solution of 475 ℃, 2 h. After solution and peak aging of (475 ℃, 2 h)+(120 ℃, 24 h), the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are 650 MPa, 600 MPa and 13.5%, respectively.
