研究了不同焊后熱處理(PWHT)溫度對(duì)Ti2AlNb合金電子束焊接(EBW)接頭顯微組織和顯微硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明:焊態(tài)條件下,母材區(qū)是雙態(tài)組織,焊縫熔合區(qū)主要是柱狀B2相組織,焊接接頭的顯微硬度呈不均勻分布;經(jīng)焊后熱處理,焊縫熔合區(qū)變?yōu)榫W(wǎng)籃組織;隨著熱處理溫度升高,熔合區(qū)中O相晶粒尺寸增大,數(shù)量減少,熱影響區(qū)為雙態(tài)組織,與母材區(qū)的差別在于等軸α2相邊緣針狀化。焊接接頭的顯微硬度經(jīng)850、900 ℃熱處理后分布均勻。
The effects of post weld heat treatment(PWHT) temperature on the microstructure and microhardness of electron beam welding(EBW) Ti2AlNb alloy joints were studied, while the welding joint was treated at different PWET temperatures. The results show that the microstructure of base metal is duplex microstructure, while the fusion zone is mainly composed of columnar B2 phase in original state,and the microhardness of the original joint is not well-distributed. After PWHT, the column crystal of fusion zone is replaced by basketweave microstructure, and with the PWHT temperature increasing, the grain size of O phase in basketweave becomes larger while the quantity of O phase becomes smaller. At the same time, the heat-affected zone remains the microstructure of base metal besides the edge of α2?phase tend needle-like. Also, after PWHT conducted at 850 ℃ and 900 ℃, the microhardness of melting joint becomes much better distributed than the original one.
