研究了Ti-22Al-25Nb合金中第二相顆粒對(duì)于B2晶粒長(zhǎng)大的抑制作用。采用圖像分析軟件統(tǒng)計(jì)了不同加熱溫度和時(shí)間下的B2晶粒尺寸??傮w上來(lái)說(shuō),B2晶粒尺寸隨著加熱溫度的升高和時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增加。隨著加熱時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),原先的α2顆粒逐漸溶解到B2基體里面,α2顆粒的數(shù)量減少,這導(dǎo)致顆粒的釘軋作用減弱。當(dāng)保溫時(shí)間少于2
h,加熱溫度從1 000 ℃升高到1 040 ℃時(shí),B2晶粒的平均長(zhǎng)大值分別為24、35和53 μm/h。而當(dāng)加熱時(shí)間超過(guò)2
h后,B2晶粒的長(zhǎng)大速度明顯減慢。Zener模型可以很好地預(yù)測(cè)第二相顆粒作用下的晶粒長(zhǎng)大行為,其預(yù)測(cè)模型為R=4/9(r/fv)。
The pinning effect of the second-phase particles on B2
grain growth of Ti-22Al-25Nb was investigated. The grain sizes at different heat
treatment temperatures and holding time were obtained by means of the image
analysis software. Generally, the grain size increases with the heating
temperature and time increasing. The α2 particles will be gradually
dissolved and transformed to B2 phase as the holding time increases at a certain
temperature, leading to the decreasing of the pinning effect of α2
particles. The B2 grains grow up at 24, 35 and 53 μm/h in average as the
temperature increases from 1 000 ℃ to 1 040 ℃ with the holding time below 2 h;
while after 2 h, the grains grow up slowly. Zener’s equation is a reliable model
to predict the B2 grain growth and the prediction model can be expressed by
R=4/9(r/fv).
