采用噴射沉積技術(shù)制備Al-8.11Zn-2.01Mg-2.36Cu-0.12Zr(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)合金,并對(duì)其顯微組織和性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:噴射沉積的沉積態(tài)合金為近等軸狀,且晶粒均勻細(xì)小,尺寸約為50 μm;對(duì)合金進(jìn)行(470 ℃,24 h)均勻化處理、420 ℃熱擠壓(擠壓比為39)、(470 ℃,1 h)固溶處理、(140 ℃, 8 h)時(shí)效處理后合金具有優(yōu)良的性能,合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度為730 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度為700 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率為11%。合金在140 ℃時(shí)效過(guò)程中,時(shí)效10 min即形成GP區(qū);時(shí)效8 h后,主要強(qiáng)化相為針狀的η''''-MgZn2和球狀的Al3Zr粒子;時(shí)效72 h后,針狀的η''''-MgZn2亞穩(wěn)相呈現(xiàn)為棒狀的η-MgZn2穩(wěn)定相。該噴射沉積法制備的合金表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的強(qiáng)度和韌性,可廣泛應(yīng)用于航天航空工業(yè)、汽車(chē)工業(yè)、軌道交通、船舶、電子電工等領(lǐng)域。

Al-8.11Zn-2.01Mg-2.36Cu-0.12Zr (mass fraction, %) alloy was prepared by spray deposition method, and the microstructure and relevant properties were studied in detail. The results show that uniform and fine equiaxed grains with grain size of about 50 μm appears in spray deposition casting ingot. After homogenization treatment at 470 ℃ for 24 h, hot extrusion at 420 ℃ with extrusion ratio 39, solution treatment at 470 ℃ for 1 h, and aging treatment at 140 ℃ for 8 h, the alloy achieves excellent properties: the tensile strength is 723 MPa, yield strength is 700 MPa, elongation is 11%. When the alloy is aged at 140 ℃, GP zones appear in the early state for 10 min, then η''''-MgZn2?phase and Al3Zr phase form as aged at 140 ℃ for 8 h and they are the main strengthening phases, as the aging time increases to 72 h, the meta-stable needle-shape η''''-MgZn2?phase gradually grows into stable rod-shape η-MgZn2?phase. The studied alloy exhibits excellent strength and toughness, and the alloy can be widely used in aerospace, automotive, rail transportation, marine, electronic, electrical fields.
