30CrMnSiA合金鋼當(dāng)量加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)
基于某海域艦面停放環(huán)境譜,采用30CrMnSiA材料制備模擬件,在某海域采取懸掛方式開展自然暴露試驗(yàn)的同時(shí)在試驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下開展了加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)。對(duì)腐蝕后試樣的失重和疲勞壽命進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,30CrMnSiA試驗(yàn)件在當(dāng)量加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)時(shí)間和某海域自然老化時(shí)間匹配時(shí),腐蝕失重和疲勞壽命在95%置信度下一致。
Based on the environmental spectrum of a certain area, 30CrMnSiA was used to prepare specimens of bolted lap joints. Part of joints were tested in field accelerated environment corrosion testing was carried out in laboratory . Weight loss and fatigue life were used to evaluate the corrosion degree. The results showed that the weight loss and fatigue life for accelerated corrosion and natural aging corrosion were consistent at the confidence level of 95% in matched time.
